Dust control process in a natural rock crusher is a work that typically takes place outdoors.
Without the aid of appropriate systems, clouds of fine dust, which is harmful to people not only to equipment and machineries used for carrying out jobs, would remain suspended, creating considerable problems.
Dust control outdoors until yesterday was done mostly using different types of sprayers that had in common negative effects such as huge waste of water, creation of muddy puddles, draining of polluted water into ground water table or, the least, we had displacement of dust outside the working site, in addition to the cost of staff performing these operations.

Today thanks to dust control installations and to fogging systems using nebulized water manufactured by Idrotech, most of these problems have been solved.
What happens is that water is released into the air through the aid of fog nozzles that give off very fine suspended particles of water, 10-15 microns, permitting:

- A workplace that becomes breathable and proper for working staff
- Use of a minimum amount of water
- Total removal of muddy puddles and streams of polluted water
- No more costs of working staff to perform spraying jobs.
- Reduced wear on vehicles and machineries on the building site
